Returns:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

Exchanges:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement item (subject to availability). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Exceptions:

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless defective.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refund/exchange.
